Very disappointing
The location
I did not like the deception and the dishonesty of the staff at the reception. I made a reservation for 2 rooms with sea view, and it was clearly spelled out on the confirmation. After I paid them, I went to the rooms and I discovered that were not what I paid for (sea view). The rooms open on dead palm trees (my kids said jokingly). I went back to the reception and told them that the rooms are not what they were supposed to be. The cashier agreed and told me that Booking.com used a code they did not understand and he will find me the right rooms and let me know. when I did not hear from him, I went back to the reception, but found another person. I had to explain to him all over again what happened, he told me that his manager sells those rooms (188/189) as sea view, but the manager is not there. It was a clear deception.
